A high collar of dark iridescent feathers, blue-green when the light hits them, over a floor-length black mesh cape that floats when you walk. Evil queen, vampire, dark sorceress; it works for all three and it photographs like a movie still.
- Two pieces: feather collar shawl and sheer mesh cape
- Real rooster feathers, hand finished
- Self-tie closure, one size
Good for: the friend who wins the costume contest and acts surprised.
