Returns

We want you to keep what you ordered. If it is not right, here is how it works.

30-day returns. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we made a mistake.

How to start a return. Email hello@giftlane.store with your order number and a sentence about why. We reply within 1 business day with next steps. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us; items sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Wrong item, damaged item, or it does not work. Send a photo or short video within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you will not need to ship anything back.

Change of mind on small items. For items under $30, we will often refund you and let you keep or donate the item rather than have you pay return postage. We decide this case by case.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage. We email you the return address once the return is approved.

Refund timing. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the item (or approving the no-return refund). Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Not returnable. Opened personal care items (epilators, facial devices, shaver heads) that have been used, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Candles that have been burned.

Halloween costumes. Returnable unused within 30 days like everything else. A costume worn to a party is not unused.
