Gift Lane started with a simple grievance: the gift you order online should arrive before the occasion it was for.

We are a small New York shop with a short list. Every product here is stocked in a US warehouse, ships within one business day, and was picked because it looks as good in person as it does on your phone. We do not list anything that ships from overseas, and we do not list anything we would not give to a friend.

If something goes wrong, you email a person, not a ticket queue, and that person answers within a business day.
