| Every item on Gift Lane ships from a warehouse inside the United States. We do not ship from overseas, and nothing on this site takes three weeks. Processing. Orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern on a weekday usually ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends ship Monday. Delivery options. Standard: 3 to 5 business days, $4.99, free on orders over $40. Priority: 2 to 3 business days, $9.99. Some items ship faster than their option promises; the delivery window on each product page is the one to trust. Candles and a few decor items ship within 1 to 3 business days; this is noted on their pages. Halloween order-by dates. For delivery by Saturday, October 31: Standard by Thursday, October 22; Priority by Monday, October 26. Orders after those dates may still arrive in time, but we cannot promise it. Tracking. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created, usually within 24 hours of ordering. If tracking has not moved in 3 business days, email us and we will chase it. Where we ship. The 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or outside the US yet. Lost or damaged in transit. If a package shows delivered but has not arrived, give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbors, then email us. If it does not turn up, we replace it or refund it.
